Collapsible free standing St. Andrews cross that will fit into a duffel bag, with carry straps and handle.
It weighs about 60lbs. and uses slip in pins to hold it together. Adjustable height of up to 6" at the hips, fits 5' to 6'5"
Arms at 45degrees in one position or arms straight out to the sides. The 3/4" plywood base has a centered lunge ring for CBT .
I can provide photos of use with men or women as the "Bound Victim", to clarify possible applications.
