I am in my fifties, but do not look it, and keep being told by women they cannot believe I am single.
I know partly it is due to the fact I have always shied away from the sort of women who I find most disturbingly attractive. Namely someone who wants to be dominant in the bedroom - even if her friends, family, and neighbors never suspect what is going on behind closed doors between She and her significant other.
Maybe She is experienced, or has always wanted to try out such things. Since I have no real life experience, having always taken the lead in boy meets girl relationships and hidden my true orientation, I will say I understand that it is ultimately supposed to be She whose wishes matter most.
But it would probably help if She has at least a somewhat sadistic nature, so she actually finds it exciting to exploit my closeted but lifelong predilection for the rites, rituals and implementation of traditional spanking related discipline and punishment.
And might use that to leverage my own untested inclinations in the direction of her own special interests.
This does not mean that I want to end up tied for better or worse to a role-reversal marriage bed where the only male orgasms occur hands-free while submitting to your strap-on, or are ruined hands free after merciless edging.

That being said, I cannot know what I want until I at least start dating someone whose intimate interests could blend well with my own so that we could see what mutual attraction might exist, and what chemistry might inspire us to pursue.
I am not submissive by nature. Then again, what could be more natural than S*E*X? And being male, once You have control of that, the rest will likely follow.
