I'm an unusual person. There's no getting around that, and I wouldn't have it any other way, but banks and I do not get along. I have plenty of $, but find that I can't get good rates on loans.

I'd like very much to find a lease to own, or owner contract, on land in Washington near Tacoma or Seattle. Rates and amounts negotiable, depending on circumstances. Got some property you'd love to sell but the market won't bear your price? Got a problem lot? We might be able to strike a deal.

Leasing, sharing, and splitting considered. Have $. Looking for alternative, bdsm, gay, lesbian, or bi contacts.

Will NOT act without contracts and agreements signed! I've already been burned once, thanks.

preferred near to I-5 corridor, 1/2 acre +, older homes or antiques, and room for business.

That looks like a lovely home. It is amazing how the prices are different across the US. I know close to where I live that house would be almost twice the price. About 30 miles the other direction and it would be about $185K. Hopefully someone will grab it before rates increase again. Good luck, wish it were closer to me. :)
