Status: offline 		Excellent location offering shopping within walking distance of the home, grocery, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and many other businesses. I am renting two rooms in a nice SMOKE FREE & PET FREE three bedroom 2 1/2 bath (tile floors, ceramic shower, new fixtures) home with a 1 year lease. The house is newly remodeled modern, clean and offers full use of the living room (hardwood floors and recessed lighting), dining room (hardwood floors & lighted ceiling fan), kitchen (tile floors and stainless steel appliances), laundry room (washer & dryer hookup) and large back yard (featuring a patio perfect for a BBQ). If you choose to rent a room you must be prepared to pay a month's security deposit of $750.00 and the first month's rent of $750.00. The room will be rented clean and freshly painted and when you move from the home the room must be left in the same condition to get your complete deposit returned. You will also be responsible for 1/3 of the monthly utilities (water and power, Gas Company, Garbage service) (optional utilites you pay for if you request them are cable TV- Internet connection). The home comes internet and cable TV ready if you choose to connect those utilities in your room. The rooms will be ready to occupy by the first of July. Each bedroom has a nice floor space with a closet, lighted ceiling fan, hardwood floors and two windows. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a culvasac. The house has a huge back yard with nice orange trees and affords alot of privacy. Some parking available in the driveway of the home and room for one car on the street. Status: offline 		I am offering for rent under a one year lease the use of a large one car garage for storage of a car, boat, furniture or personal items (no flammables or explosives). The monthly rental is $250.00. You will be responsible for your own renters insurance to cover your personal property. The garage is located in an enclosed and fenced yard and can be locked for security of your property. A lawn mower and a few lawn care items will remain in the garage for yard maintanence.
