Status: offline 		Mentoring is offering advice and answering questions. Mentoring does not involve humiliation, bondage, role play, or that other stuff you name. A mentor is usually the same sex and orientation as the one who is being mentored. That way the mentor has a better understanding of what is needed and can offer first hand advice.

What you are seeking is someone to role play online.

Status: offline 		I don't necessarily agree with some of what you said peppermint. But you do make good points. Mentoring to me means, teaching, which implies advice and answers. As well as, development. I only mention taboos, as that is what interest most. Which does imply roleplay. I posted this in the forums, because I know any prospects would be long distance, so it would be a virtual experience.

Status: offline 		Why would your prospects have to be long distance? There are munches in Massachusetts. That's a small state so I'll bet there are munches fairly close by in neighboring states. I can't believe with all the kinky groups in your state that you can't find other kinky people.

You might consider development as part of mentoring. From what you wrote development sounds an awful lot like online mutual masturbation. A mentor does not have sexual contact with his/her student. I'd also like to know why you think taboo subjects are what "most" submissives are seeking? Perhaps that is what you are seeking and so you have this idea that most seek that also.

Status: offline 		I'm aware of munches in my area. But, I've yet to attend one where, I found any attendees attractive. IF, I was more towards the city, I'd be more accustomed to casual groups. As there would be a broader pool in which I may fancy. I can only say, that from personal experience, that I have to trigger a response in the sub's unconscious, that draws them into me. That's why I stated taboo subjects. I'm actually seeking to develop a long term conversation, that would allow me to nurture the one I take under my wing.

Status: offline 		I live part of each year in Montana so do not understand the distance thingy. Until a few years ago we had to travel 120 miles one way to get to munch. No, we couldn't do it every month but we'd go 2 or 3 times while we were here. Being in Massachusetts I would think there are cities pretty darn close to you. Where there is a will there is a way.

The reason I'm saying this is that online is such a difficult place to find a partner. First you have to deal with those who are not who or what they say they are. Then you have to find some sort of attraction to pixels on a computer screen.

I would suggest you find out when the next regional event takes place. There will be people at the event from all over New England. Plan your schedule so you can attend. Actually that is what I did. I was living in WA state. I met Gary who was a snowbird dividing his time between MT and AZ. We met at a week long kinky camp out. If he'd written to me here I'd have told him thanks but no thanks as he is older than what I was seeking. However, he wowed me with his upbeat personality. We've been together for 10 years now.
