I made an extra set of these as I went a bit overboard when I bought supplies.

They are fully lined with soft garment leather. They are not made to be very adjustable.

The collar is about 15", but can be adjusted out too about 16.5"
The cuffs are 6.5" to 7.5" max.
all are lockable

Asking $60 for the set. This includes $5 for postage.
