Status: offline 		I hate it when I wake up so groggy that I forget to put the caffeine in my breakfast & then wonder at my inability to think.

I hate that Chelsea's surgery was postponed for 2 weeks due to anemia & she has to live another 2 weeks feeling this badly!!

I hate that I cant get the modem working .. for some reason the installation disc wont run... which means that tomorrow I'm going to be on the phone with verizon (and their outsourced techs)

Status: offline 		I hate it when I have to talk to outsourced people.  I hate the euphemism "outsourced".  And downsized.  And a host of other euphemisms.  When I broke my foot last year, my bos told me she had to "separate" me, which wasn't a termination.  I asked if they would continue to pay me.  She said no.  I asked if I would continue to show asan employee of their company.  She said no.  I said, "Sounds like you fired me then!"  She insisted that she hadn't.  It was kind of a fun semantic run-around though.

Status: offline 		But, But, but...euphemisms make everything sound nicer & cleaner, right??  I used to be a Ward Clerk in a hospital & one day my boss corrected me by telling me that I was now a "Unit Services Co-ordinator".  I asked if there was a pay raise involved.  She said no.  I asked if my responsibilities & duties had changed.  She said no.  I said I'd prefer to remain the ward clerk, tyvm.

i hate when Stella has to encounter such difficult people.


i hate it when He 'punishes' me for being sarcastic...ME???!!! Sarcastic??!! WTF!!!???? Bah..Perhaps i should instruct Him about getting a hearing test.

I can attest to how HOT christine is, in so many ways....**evil grins**......and still plenty more yet to learn, experience,share with her....shes an amazing creature(woman), that just flat out amazes me more and more each day...we spend so much time talking, yet, im still floored at times........

Status: offline 		I used to love telling this one particular group of truck drivers that I was Norwegian-American.  Made them nuts because they said it was wrong to put America second.  One of my Father's ancestors came over on the Mayflower, so that's pretty American for a white girl.  But I was raised by the Norwegian side & in the Norwegian culture, so in my brain, that's always going to come first.

Status: offline 		You aren't kidding!  I pissed off the HR nazi where I used to work when she said I was being politically incorrect by talking about living in other countries and the people who lived there.  When I showed her my name plate with my "foreign" last name, I told her she better be careful about who she was calling un-PC since I was sure she had never set foot outside the country, and that only really uptight white people tend to be so overly sensitive.

I'm sure she was feeling the love for me that day.
