grrrr...Incompetent whores....i called the public defenders office at 8:01 am and asked if he still needed me to come testify. She said he was not in the office yet, but that she would sent him an email... i called back at 9:00 and she said, "oh he's on his way to court".  So, i assumed since he had come in the office and she had given him the message since i did not hear from him i did not need to go....
No warrant issued. Apparently Judge Ford (who this would not be the first time i've personally irritated the fuck out of h im) said he was going to issue another notice for me to appear on Friday.

They did that s**t w/my grandum's b'day present last month. Delivered it TWO WEEKS later even though I cancelled the order the next day due to incompetence.  Man oh man they were worse than I thought!!

Status: offline 		I hate that I let my laundry pile so high I can't get into my walk-in closet! Now I have to make a BIG dent in it tonight so I can't workout w/my friend :((  Oh well, climbing up/down 3 flights of steps for 3-4 hours should more than make up for it.

and no, if you have to saw your way through the surface.. it isn't GOOD fishing weather.
