I hate that one of my semi-regular guests showed up today to check in.  For some reason, her reservation had been moved to a waiting list (despite being guaranteed).. and because of the world series (go Rays!!), we're sold out.. and I had to send her to a hotel 5 miles away.. needless to say, she was NOT happy (and neither am I).

I hate it when people are rude in the self checkout grocery line.  The store worker went to check a price with me, and when we came back, a guy was punching buttons on the thing despite the blinking light, and wouldn't move.  I said, "Excuse me" as I tried to get back in to pay.  He glares at me, turns his back, and continues punching buttons.  I said, "Excuse me, can I get back in please?"  He says, "What's your problem?  Get back."  I said, "My problem is that you're gonna make me lose my manners.  Are you gonna let me pay for my stuff?  Why do you think the light's blinking?"  He said, "Oh, I didn't even look.  I thought you were just being rude."  I glared back at him and said, "No, little man, apparently that's YOUR job." 


I also hate it when I left the office 15 minutes late and missed seeing DaddyBoo this evening.

Luckily I had enough references before her but wtf??? I work my ass off and you can't tell someone I'm a good worker?

They need me so bad, they won't hire me permanently cause they don't have the money nor do they want to pay benefits they just laid a bunch of people off, and they aren't going to give me a reference, and I still make the same amount of money, but I'm obviously unappreciated.
