Status: offline 		Soul.. I know in Pasadena,CA there are flocks of (lorikeets? I think) flying wild.. either escapees from cages or turned loose.. So it's possible the same thing has happened there with the lovebirds

Status: offline 		It was wierd....they were green birds with orange heads...my sis has one, so I know what they look like, and they had the same screech hers does.....but it was a big flock of them in the trees!  Bout fell off my bike I was so surprised.....I didn't think they'd be able to handle the desert nights in the winter...it gets down to about 40 here, not to mention the heat.  But I guess the food supply and all is good enough to support them.

Status: offline 		And phil, hun....i DO know what sparrows look like...silly little groundhog!  I feed them,and the pigeons, and the little hummers, too.  So far, I have 2 pair of hummers.....I know this because one set of male and female ones will only hover while feeding, the other set will perch, make themselves comfy and slurp away!  They are all ruby-throated hummers.....so cute!  But very vocal when one is in the way of their feeder!  I've been bitched out birdie style twice now!

maybe holly is just rescuing her electronics and jewelry from LO.  On the other had, Christmas is coming, and could be bucking for new and improved, and putting the old and worn withing LO's reach.

It's blooming cold up here, was hoping for snow but just have a brisk morning temp of 22°F today......Brrrrrr, think I may go crawl back into bed and take a nap!
