Status: offline 		  yano...it sucks being the only one up this late at night....everyone else is up during the day when I'm working....it's not FAIR!!!!!     There isn't even anyone to call....I guess I'll just finish my Domino's pizza, (shoulda got papa john's instead....this is really awqful pizza!), and go read my new Stephen King book......

Status: offline 		Yep, Bear, he does.....it's a collection of short stories....called "Just After Sunset"......I bought the hardcover book....and I don't do that often, but I LOOOOOOVE Stephen King!  I burned thru his last one, "Duma Key" in just a little over 2 days....couldn't put it down, and I've already re-read it 3 times! 

And I have to get a new paperback copy of "Dreamcatcher"...mine is currently in 2 pieces.......

Papajohns & Pizza Hut are best but I did like Dominoes Philly Cheese Steak Subs..I ate two. sooooooooo good! =) Their pizza is nasty as hell but their subs rawk!

Status: offline 		yeah...waaaay behind...got that one in hardcover too. read it 3 times too....that was a great book!  As usual, his imagery was cool......I loved how she dealt with the smarmy guy.......it reminded me of Rose Madder in some ways.  And RM was awesome too......wore out a copy of that one......probably the only one that really didn't thrill me was Delores Claiborne and Gerald's Game.  I've only read them once each......maybe if I go back and read them again......I wasn't too thrilled with the Stand the first time I read that, now I've worn out 2 copies of that one too.....

O haven't started Lisey's Story yet. I wasn't too crazy about his Dark Tower series. I read the first 2 and couldn't get into finishing the remainder. I quite enjoyed Delores Claiborne, Gerald's game I thought was good in a different and visceral way. I've read The Stand 4 times now, though wasn't too crazy about From a Buick 8

Status: offline 		nah, the Dark Tower series didn't do anything for me either, but I'm not into sci-fi that much....horror, yes, the other, nah......start reading Lisey's story!!!!  It's great!  Then get Duma Key......

I don't know why the other two didn't do much for me......From a Buick 8 wasn't too bad, but it was just a bit different from his usual stuff.  That one read more like a short story......

I re-read Dremcatcher about once every 2 months...I'm still trying to figure it out......who's in the hospital, and who's in whose head?????  And the movie didn't help me understand it cuz the screenplay wasn't written by SK......they cout an awful lot of explanation out......maybe one day, I'llr ead it and the lights will go on for a change!

Oh, I hope you got the book and not the screenplay!  I borrowed it from the library thinking it was the book, and it was the actual script with all the director's and producer's stuff in it, pics from the mini-series, stage directions and things like that......I guess I should have looked at it before signing it out!  It was too wierd!  I've never actually seen the story from SK for Storm......just that screenplay book.
