Status: offline 		Okies, I love the stuff and it's really good for the stomach. Candied ginger, ginger tea, gingersnap bikkies, ginger anything really...

It could have elements of dehydration if she's been vomiting and had diarrhea. That can easily be corrected with  IV fluids. Food poisoning may have to run it's course unless she can pinpoint what it might have been. Has she been sick long?

She'll be in my thoughts for a speedy recovery, and you'll be in them for a peace-filled, restful night....
