I love the real ads. I *hate and loathe* Lane Bryant BS of skinny ass chicks in plus sized clothes.

Plus they Just take the skinny girl fashions, and make them bigger instead of making what actually looks good on larger women.

They did one decent ad with my friend in it who is a wonderful size 14 Firefighting ( now in Iraq) Blonde Goddess. They did a search for "regular" women and she won.

If you are doing a massive clean out... check into Free cycle. Post your stuff and have it go to good use!  Plus you can pick up some useful stuff you need too!

Every purge we do gets freecycled.

Status: offline 		Very true, Gwyn.  I used to Freecycle stuff all the time but after the last time, some folks didn't show, and it was a pain in the butt trying to coordinate pick up times when I'm at work 9-10 hours a day.  So, I generally give the good stuff to the women's shelter thrift store or the hospice thrift store.  Our Freecycle group is enormous and it's way too out of control and has turned into the "at-home-mom's collectors club" who then go and sell the stuff on Craigslist.  Four ladies were "released" from the group after that was found out.

But giving to the thrift stores donation sites... that makes me warm and fuzzy, too.

I love it when I get up before the butt-crack o dawn to go to the gym for an hour's workout with my new trainer, Stacy, who is a complete hoot!!

I love it when I've done that & I'm back home before the sun rises.

I'll love it if I use this time to clean & tidy, which is my never-ending battle.

I love it when His Evilness comes by the store & looks in & watches me working, unbeknownst to me & tells me later that I look very comfortable at my job.

I love it when I far exceeded my sales goals yesterday & can pretty much skate the rest of the week.

Status: offline 		I love it when I hear on the radio that the Firefighters' Union in Vancouver, WA voted to not take the 4% raise for next year in order to help the City budget.  They said it was because they believed that the public's safety should come first!  The vote was an overwhelming majority.  I really love it when people can come together for the common good.
