Status: offline 		The visitor even said that as soon as she talked with me on the phone, she had an idea that it was a malicious complaint. After being here for less than 2 minutes, she said she was going to close it as "unfounded and malicious".  (So take that, ya dumb bitch.... try again and see what the f**k happens!)

On a positive note, when we mentioned some concerns about the current situation here, she said she's going to do some checking and light a fire under a co-worker. I made sure to give her ALLLLLL sorts of info, dates, times, pictures, you name it.
