And just so holly doesn't feel so bad, I have a funny story that happened here last night.

Lumus and I were discussing the horrible attempts at deep thoughts and poetry that people put up on Facebook. As we're sitting there looking at someone's attempt, I meant to point out that maybe the guy just meant to kvetch about something. All I got out was "well, actually, maybe he meant........ OH HAI! KITTENS!" as I saw someone posted a folder of kitten pictures.

Talk about your kitten distraction moment.

Well, i was afraid to name names because of a fear of leaving one out....so i tried to go generic.

Sometimes, on the boards, i feel like Data must have felt....i just do not seem to be able to talk the banter or use short forms of words.

What is the cure? Should i stay the same as i am?

ETA - yes, RhinoAss is coming to pick him up later today.... *sighs*

After it's taken us 2 weeks to get him calmed down and acting nicely.

i was the single mom of two under 5. Then later divorced from my second and was the single mom of two over 13. Believe me it takes a Saint (which i am not) to settle them down after a visit without saying bad things about the person they just visited.

I try so hard to not say negative things about RhinoAss in front of Jamie. But oh dear LORDS above, she is the most incredibly selfish and STOOPIDest person i've ever met. Just last night, she tried to make Mr. Smarties responsible for calling her. Uh, hello - he's how old?!? Who's the adult and can pick up her damned phone whenever she wants to call someone?
