Oh don't worry Mr. Bounty Hunter...
It's the name Master gave me and then he released me, so it was by accident that I posted with it.  Oh well....  But I'm a little taken with the name and am considering still using it.  All the CM folks actually call me sunny and jo is my name... What do you think?  Is it ok to still use a name that a former Master gave a girl?

Hugs to you.

Aylee, i haven't tried a no-carb meatloaf.  A search brings up this one that uses TVP (textured Vegetable Protein) in place of the bread crumbs (rice or whatever carb you usualy use).  i might try using small-diced eggplant for the bread crumbs.

OK, Aylee, i got an answer from BKSir.  He suggests a high fiber vegetable like grated carrot to provide string like form to bind the meat together.

About 10% the calories per 100 grams as brown rice.

Carrots (raw) per 100 grams are 35 calories vs brown rice (dry, uncooked) per 100 grams is 370 calories.

Good Morning everyone at Bounty's.

this girl is mopping the floors (and drying them with a dry mop) because of all the mud tracked in by the night group.  It's not too bad, but we try to keep it as clean and dry as possible.

Thanks to everyone who wiped their feet on the way in.
