Status: offline 		Aylee, i haven't tried a no-carb meatloaf.  A search brings up this one that uses TVP (textured Vegetable Protein) in place of the bread crumbs (rice or whatever carb you usualy use).  i might try using small-diced eggplant for the bread crumbs.

Carrots (raw) per 100 grams are 35 calories vs brown rice (dry, uncooked) per 100 grams is 370 calories.

this girl is mopping the floors (and drying them with a dry mop) because of all the mud tracked in by the night group.  It's not too bad, but we try to keep it as clean and dry as possible.
