Back attcha.

Oops, time to prepare something for lunch -

How about tuna salad sandwiches on whole grain bread with a deviled egg seasoned with curry powder?  Lettuce and tomato on the side.

Damn, that sounds GREAT, Fluffy! Thank you!
I'll add some healthy veggie chips, whole dill pickles, homemade potato salad & cole slaw.
A pitcher of fresh ice water (purified) & freshly squeezed lemonade.
For desert, cinammon bundt cake w/fresh vanilla ice cream & strawberries.

i've been experimenting with making my own low fat & salt free southwest seasoned tortilla chips.

i bought a tortilla press and the masa flour.  i mix Mrs. Dash Southwest Seasoning in the dough and cook the tortillas on a hot (ungreased) fry pan.  Then i cut them into wedges and cook them some more in the oven with just a quick spray of cooking spray on the baking sheet.

So far they have crispy edges but tend to be soft in the middle.  (i don't know whether to make the oven hotter or cook them longer or make them thinner.)

Dip the chips in a homemade chunky tomato, onion and jalapeno pepper salsa made at home without added salt.

For desert i have used angelfood cake under strawberries.  The other day i tried an angelfood cake from Wallyworld made with Splenda.  It was acceptable.  For now i will have to pass on the ice cream.  It sounds very good that way, though.

You are tempting me, VP.

Do you "share" the clothes pins?  That is - use one pin for adjacent corners of two things?  The other idea is to use a double line that is twisted and poke the corners between the two lines and not use any pins at all.  Sometimes you can get away with hanging two light things together on the same pins like two sheets, dish towels or two shirts.
