shredded cheddar/monterey jack cheese or canned nacho cheese sauce
jalapeño peppers
onion or green onion
diced tomatoes
refried beans
sliced mushrooms
sour cream

I was impressed!  It is quite good.  I think that I may look into finding a recipie for it.  Plums are usually around when some other fresh fruits are not, and so something other than apple pie to take some where would be great.  (I swear that when we go to get togeathers I am always asked to bring the desserts.  I like baking, but I cook very well also.)

Not to be an ass, Bounty, but you may want to start talking to your docs about what will happen when you need to get off the pain pills.  Withdrawel is a bitch, and you should be prepared.
