Last night I picked up, Superfreakonomics (by Levitt & Dubner) and Imager (by LE Modisett Jr). They did not have the book I was planning to buy.

Have you read Unseen Academicals by Pratchett? Have you read any of the Bujold books? There is also a Joe Abercrombie series that is pretty good.

Other than Pratchett I am not positive on where you reading interest lies.

I did just read, What's the Matter with Kansas. It is highly partisan. Although it had a couple of factoids that I did not know. For example, I was unaware that Kansas had its own Pope.

Media mail is fairly inexpensive if there is anything that I can send you!

My inexpert suggestion. . .

Send him outside to play for a while. Then a warm bath. Then pop him in bed.

I have NO idea if this would work for you, but it has worked for Butterhead in the past.
