New blanket?

Those carhart coveralls?

I do not know his hobbies or what relaxes him. . . but possibly something along those lines.

New work clothes? A nice shirt and tie are great! Plus you can always go subdued and basic with those.

Seriously I need more info in order to give more suggestions.

Now. . . if you KNOW of a specific tool he would like, a laser level or some such, then fine, go and buy it and wrap it up.

But what happens is that the tool sellers come up with these neat-o looking tools and gadgets for wimmins to buy for the men in their lives. These things are useless folks. (Think useful level of that singing fish)

Now if you have been to a store with the male in question that will be receiving the tools, and he points DIRECTLY at something (A metric allen fitting socket set) and says that he wants/needs one, that is an okay thing to buy.

Otherwise it is too unknown what the person needs or wants in tools.
