I feel for you, Holly..the 1yo niece has RSV, earache and brochitis(?) and now the 3yo niece has pneanea(?) RSV and an earache. My poor SIL is fried the candles at both ends so Mom is going to help out later this morning while my SIL does something with my nephew. I am staying out of the war zone since I cannot afford to get sick myself (with me having the molar pulled out, I am stoned on Tylonel4s anyway).

Mom is going to be upset with me when her present comes in next week...Garth Brooks collection for 2007...that I ordered while I was cruising ebay...LOL!

I think I just started problems over on the slave Christmas thread by saying that 1) men have not figured women out yet, 2) men are simple, and 3) women are basically more complex and manipulative, and 4) it is a genetic tendency due to evolution. Am I the sexist or what?

If I've offended anyone on this thread with that sorry. But, it drives me nuts when someone posts that good Doms/Dommes should know exactly what their sub or slave wants!

"Gosh you wanted to go to Scottland this year instead of Costa Rica. Why didn't you tell me? We could have gone kilt shopping together. Maybe got some advice from Sci on how big the blue ribbon should be. OH! I was supposed to know that because I'm the Dom.

Exactly my point! I'm a caregiver so rather than dodge I would be right in the middle of it trying to help you through it. And if your manic times are anything like my EX's taking all the crap and abuse you dished out.
Mans instruction manual = simple. Woman I care for is in trouble - manic. Step one - saddle white horse, Step two - ride to rescue, Step three - be heroic, Step four - see if she will have sex with you, Step five - if any of steps 1-4 are not possible call buddy, get together, bitch about women, and maybe have a beer.
At no place does it say - consult with woman on if she wants to be rescued or have long detailed conversation about terms, limits, and expectations of such rescue. In fact I'm pretty sure on page two of the manual there are instructions on proper techniques for nodding head, mumbling, and changing your facial expression during detailed conversations so women think that you are discussing things while you are actually just thinking about sex or food. (Or maybe that's actually in The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy which also states that women are complex and not understandable.

Shahar - Hope you feel better soon and that all heals well with the molar. Dry sockets are a bitch.
Holly - Hope you day goes better than the last two and that Jim does not freak at the repair bill for the muffler. Does your house hold budget have a special catagory for Holly Oppses. Or does the muffler go under the LO's General Destruction fund since he started the whole thing? (Useful information since I'm planning on having a partner and littleones in my life one day. And things like that are not going under Miscellaneous.)
