Status: offline 		So...the kid already lost custody of one Christmas gift...Chuck the Truck...because he kept aiming it at the cats. When i had to intervene and save their fuzzy asses for the 100th time the stupid truck bashed me in the ankles. That did it.

Now he is revving up the Zhu-Zhu hamsters......

Seriously, I'd recommend against outright giving it back.  Let him get it back for an hour or two at a time   He gets more if he plays nice, until he's at full custody again.

Steven...good suggestion..but the kid has so damn much that losing a toy doesn't even phase him at this point.
And half of his gifts are still in my car
