True clit piercing’s are pretty rare for the simple reason that most women’s clits are not big enough to sustain a piercing let alone support a piece of jewellery through it. I have done many piercing’s including vertical and horizontal clit hood as well as inner and outer labia. Depending on what is pierced will take a longer or shorter time to heal but they are all going to heal up pretty quickly (at least they should). Always think on that the smaller the piercing the longer it takes to heal and the more likely it is to migrate. There should certainly not be a lot of pain with VCH and HCH piercings. I have only ever known one girl to faint and I think that was more the thought of it than the pain! I have never done a clit piercing, nor would I but with the many thousand of minute nerve endings that make up the clit, I would of thought it would be excruciatingly painful.
