Pleasant, thanks. Got together with a friend for lunch in Chinatown, then a visit to the Building Museum. Took a tour of the Eero Saarinen exhbition, and it ended with his models for the TWA terminal at Kennedy and for Dulles. As it happens, my very first flight was between those two buildings, so that was pretty cool. Then hung out at my friend's house and inaugurated the season in his modest but pleasant pool. Later, his sister had us and his dad over for dinner. All in all, very nice. Next year, though, I think I'd like to go down and see the fireworks. Haven't done that in ages.
