Yep, DC, they is some cuuuute babies. When they're asleep!!

I now know how to tell them apart, but I still don't know which one is Miles & which is Thelonius.

If it makes you feel better, it took me ages to identify my cats. If they were together, I could tell them apart, but individually it was really tough. Adding to my bad-pet-owner shame was the fact that my then roommate could distinguish them immediately.

Spike doing any better with them?

No rice-a-roni for me for lunch! I went out with a friend and had a delicious rueben. Well, half of one. I brought the other half home and put it in the fridge.

Well, I do not like food going to waste. Also, restaurants ALWAYS serve too much, and I am certainly old enough now that I do NOT need to "clean my plate because of the starving kids in China."

*Note: When your mother says, "There are starving kids in {insert country of your mother's choice} that would be grateful for that food." The correct answer is NOT to reply with, "Name three."

I sometimes think it would be interesting to do a cultural history based on whom one ate for. My mother ate for the starving Armenians, yours truly for the Chinese and Indians. I assume there was a while when people ate for the Ethiopians.

I think that the Ethiopeans was while Sally Struthers was doing all those commercials. I remember those vividly because of the flies crawling next to the eyes.

When I asked my parents why WE did not contribute to that organization, by dad made me look up and research just WHERE the money goes. Ahhh the crushing of idealism!
