I've been trying to create this visual image in my mind. Assuming you are talking literally and not metaphorically I don't think this is possible or practical. At the very least it would be uncomfortable. However your 'nom de plume' gave me a hint. Obviously your "first kiss" occurs while in the process of a very intimate act.
