If this is your concern, you supply the dildo. It's good practice anyway to keep intimate toys for your own personal use. Select one of those soft dildos that feels like human skin and has a lot of give, and buy a good supply of the appropriate lube at the same time. Lube is another thing that's best kept for personal use to avoid cross contamination. It would be pretty hard to injure anyone with that combination. And there's nothing wrong with practising on yourself in private first, unless your partner specifically forbids it.

Accidents are always a possibility when an enema is not done correctly. I usually request that they abstain from eating anything solid for a 12 hour period prior to an enema cleansing. How many more excuses are you going to come up with Michael before you deal with the root cause of your aversion to this kind of play?  Homophobia is one thing, and I'd say that's as socially significant as being labeled a "pervert into humiliating acts of BDSM" (assuming you are a submissive).  Rejecting receiving stimulation of an area concentrated with nerve endings that are capable of delivering sensations of intense pleasure, regardless of gender, is entirely another matter.
