If there is blood in the urine, there are major health issues to address.

Yes. It is.

It's virtually impossible to get pregnant from protected anal sex, however, unprotected anal sex -can- result in "leekage" which -can- cause pregnancy.

So, it's not possible to get pregnant from the physical act of anal sex, as in, from just putting one's penis in the anus, however, ejaculation in the anus -can- cause pregnancy. It's similar to getting pregnant from "pulling out" or from a person ejaculating on the body/vulva w/out penetration, though I think the chances are slightly less

1. Confusion about urinating while erect may stem from medical knowledge that urination is impossible during normal, healthy ejaculation due to reflex closure of the bladder neck (i.e. pre-prostatic sphincter) to prevent retrograde ejaculation. (Ejaculation in men: a dynamic endorectal ultrasonographical study.). I've found no evidence to support that urination not possible with erection, regardless of its rigidity.

2. Regarding the potential safety concerns of this endeavor, it would certainly not be advisable to hold significant amounts of urine in one's rectum or colon for extended periods of time, especially if it's done on a regular basis (few times per week?). The reason is that, as it's been stated before, the rectum/colon are quite permeable and absorption of significant quantities of elements in the urine can cause dangerous electrolyte imbalances. This is a well-described complication in people who've undergone cystectomy (removal of urinary bladder) and have had urine flow surgically diverted into their colons. (Electrolyte and acid base imbalance in patients with rectosigmoid bladder.)

Mythbusters, a TV show who either busts or proves myths based on tests, re-creations and scientific tests and evidence recently TOTALLY busted this myth in about 6 different ways just this past season...

Firstly no matter how many times they tried the bullet did not and could not even hold enough semen to impregnate anyone moving at that speed... secondarily the heat of the bullet destroyed semen placed ON it due to extreme temperatures, third, several forensic scientists said it would be completely impossible... well you get the idea... but the myth was totally busted...

Pregnancy from anal sex? Yes possibly, but this is all off topic... I thought this was "having a Dom urinate in your ass" ? lol
