Status: offline 		Happy New Year everybody. 

this girl's New Year started a little different.  she woke up shortly after 7am  when the power went out.  Apparently someone who had a bit too much party couldn't navagate one of our downhill roads with sharp turns on the edge of the mountain.  The utility pole snapped off about 2 feet off the ground and the pole split halfway up, too.  Why they can't run into trees instead of utility poles is beyond me.  There were about 2,000 customers without service and the outdoor temperature was 11 degrees.

The power was finally restored just before 9 tonight.  Such a wasted day.

There's hot chocolate ready on the stove.  The little bitty marshmallows are in the bag by the mugs.  There's hot water for tea and some strong coffee, too.   Fried apple pies are here, too.(Thanks, Diane)

Status: offline 		ewww fluffy that sounds nasty to try to bear through i know i would have been griping and cuddling close to Master if that had happened to me.

damn thats a late restoration but i guess its better than what i had one time earlier in the fall just after ike.

hmmmmmmmmmm Miss D ill take a fried apple pie slice not to big though ive been a bit much on the piggish side when it comes to eatting these last few days. and a glass of hot cocoa with marshmellows sounds good too.

TY MISS H, after all Bounty's place needs to be front and center on the front page, after all ladys and the few gentleman this is your place keep it running...I got a nice surprise christmas gift from my daughters, a trip for two any where in the world.isn't that nice...Maybe WE shall take a photos shoot. to the east coast of africa, get up real close and personal with the white rhinno or cape buffalo,its some thing to think about but with my bad ankle I can't run as fast as usual lol..

AW thats just awful fluffy girl, especially all hot and sticky from the night before and needing a shower in a desperately way smile..The very day before the wind blew down a tree right in front of the house and don't you just know it had to cross our power lines, another two feet in another direction we would have been fine..I have been asking my neighbor if I could cut that old tree for fire wood for a while now and he said NO he want it around a while longer..So now the state has given me the wood blocking the road after the power company got things back to normal...Whats everyone  doing this weekend, any thing exciting happing with you..,a wench coming by to spend the weekend but other then that its rest and recorpation..see ya later..

Status: offline 		this girl makes a quick swing through the diningroom to sweep under the tables and mop the floor.  The pot bellied stove in the corner puts out enough heat that she can work naked just like in the middle of summer.

Brunch today:
Cranberry/Poppyseed Muffins
Omelets made to order
Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, milk and juice

Today's chores include washing all the kitchen towels and the diningroom tablecloths.  The table cloths will get a quick onceover with the iron.

Status: offline 		Very lovely.  Soooo um, may I come over and play?  Its been a long time since I brushed down a horse and as I recall it bit me, but I kinda remember enjoying the experience.....not the bite so much, but the riding yes.
