This afternoon SHH and i stopped by to visit the graves of one set of His GreatGrandparents.  And he told me something of their life - a horse trader and a God fearing woman.  Around here, too, graveyards are set on hilltops with a nice view of the surrounding area.

That's ok, what you have is more than enough.  i'm mostly just tired and feeling sorry for myself.

Maybe if i sweep and mop one more time that will help.

My summer class starts tomorrow - time to get some sleep.

First a quick sweep and mop and turn down the lights.

Morning folks, we got the holiday behind us now to get on with the summer,we spent the weekend on the lake and Sunday had a cookout for the extended family and friends, as usual the IL' folks gather at the big table and as always the conversation got around to sex poker and more sex but it took a dark slant as the subject of mortality or in this case our on moritality..Do you want to be morned and how long etc, actually it disturbed me at the steps some we taking to be remember and we discussed how we wish to be remebered..Some had gone as far as setting up a trust to allow for flowers every month some for a yearly memorial service..I am like a speck of dust when my last breath leaves me then send my tired old body to West Virginian university for reserch on diabetes and artisrites...When they are finished send the ashes to be scattered in the desert of AZ..How do I want to be morned, how do I want to be remebered...I want Diane to wear the approbate widows face for at least 6 months, thats a respectable length of time, people can remember as they wish and I want those of mine getting on with their lives, another man another life,,BOYYY what a discussion for the holidays..Bounty

Many cultures have the year of mourning or a year and a day of mourning to allow the person to grieve and mourn.  It is not a bad idea.  I think that more people should consider it instead of this, once the service is over everything is hunky-dory.

My instructions are to donate my organs to the living and then be cremated.  My sister wants to donate her body to the University for research.  My mother donated her body to research.  My dad has instructions for the same...Ashes to ashes & dust to dust.

Back to studying so i can do the cleaning in a bit.
