Status: offline 		Morning all,OL" bounty is off to do his good citzen thang this morning..I am taking my older neighbor down the road shopping,he has a broken foot and can't drive..The senior citzen bus driver is always rushing him to get done so I told Him hell I'll take ya,I am retired so I need some thing to do lol...Thats not quiet true but amuse the old man, actua;lly amanda has a wild schem up her panties if she worn any , a  trip to the coast of Texas very soon to free dive for some " things'Up late this morning, that wench of mine road me hard and put me away all wet last night smile..see ya later..

Status: offline 		Good morning wenches.I was up and out trout fishing at the crack of dawn this morning,I caught several nice rainbows and one little brookie,I was going over the books this morning and its a good thing thats this joint is a virtual one for we haven't made a dime in two years lol..I just placed an order for a new set of swim fins and mask, I plan to do so serious snorkeling this summer..Well I finally got this old back slowed down and its feeling better..grabs a cold one and makes a tomato biscute..I am out on the front deck rocking away if any one needs me..My fathers day gifts finally arrived, lots of clothes, many pics of my grandson and a brand new spanking blackberry, maybe jeff is telling me that I don't call often enough smile just every day...Got my back eased up and was able to rest a bit last night.. see ya'll later..

Status: offline 		What has everyone got planed for this weekend...We plan to throw sone steaks on the grill and if it don't rain hit the lake..what ever you do be safe and if you like the liquid refreshments  let some one else drive...Diane'aka Baby' is off to shop and a note to bring home a case of tall bud lites..

Status: offline 		Here's two salad ideas for the holiday weekend. 
 
Creamy Cucumber Salad - thin sliced cucumbers and sliced red onions in a fat-free yogurt and dill dressing.  This one works out to 1 WW point for a 1/2 cup serving. 
 
Two-Potato Salad - a combination of cubed red skin and sweet potatoes, chopped celery, thin sliced radish and chopped green onions with a dressing that combines fat-free yogurt with fat-free mayo and dill.  This one works out to 3 WW points per 1 cup serving.

Status: offline 		Supper tonight is grilled swordfish with corn salsa (corn and small diced tomato, red bell pepper, jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, evoo, cumin and fresh ground pepper).
