Piel de Sapo =   Frog Skin
Sapo - Frog
Piel - Skin

Did I ever tell you what they do to frogs down in South America?

Fried frog legs?

No, that's Europe (and they aren't bad).
No, in South America they believe that frogs give them sexual energy.  So they put a live frog in a blender and they make a juice drink out of them.  Only for men.

*cause only the men could stand that.  blech.

Whole grain toast, lettuce, sliced cheese, fried egg and Canadian bacon.

Bananas for those who need the potassium or just like them.

Also blueberries and fat free vanilla yogurt (sweetened with Splenda).

sunshine, i make ice cubes out of my iced tea, KoolAid, lemonade and Crystal Light, too.  You're right - they keep it from being watered down.  Because i only have two ice trays i empty them into freezer bags when the are frozen.

Ewwwwwwww!  Blended frog!  Yuck!

I have had frog legs, and they are okay. . .but I am drawing a line at blended raw frog.

I would love some coffee. . . no breakfast for me though.  Does anyone have a Chai recipie?  Ya know. . . one of those "from scratch" recipies, not the ones that come in the box?  Chia, hot or iced, is WONDERFUL!

There's coffee at Bountys - road tar, regular, decaf, and high test (if you are old enough).

Just regular coffee for me.  I will save having the high test for the colder weather!

Yes, we have chicken, beef and vegetable bullion cubes.

Would you like a mug of hot water to fix it in?

A quick fruit salad - sliced bananas,  rasins and apple wedges with a little Miracle Whip.  Arrange on a lettuce leaf.  Add walnuts if you like.

It's off to another small town celebration in WV today.  Alderson is the winner today.  Probably will be lunch time and not the fireworks, though.  The rain is due tonight sometime.
