Ok, I figured I would offer a male perspective in defence of my gender here, lol.

Dont take a greeting like "hey, baby" or "Hey, sweetie" to heart. Thats just them trying to guage if your interested or not, at least it would be for me although a simple "Hello" would probably suffice. Rubbing yourself up against a woman or bragging about your cock size is a little ridiculous though.
