meeting of the Kitsap Wa. Area Munch !

In the side room, of the back-right corner of the restaurant.

'Our' Pancake house is located in EAST Bremerton, next door to Parker Lumber and right
across the street from closed-down K-Mart.

The next 'first-Saturday-of-the-Kitsap Wa. Area Munch' is scheduled for June 4th. 2011, which
is also the same weekend that an SCA Event called June Faire ( located at Port Gamble, Wa.) is
hosted on.
Traditionally, due to the high amount of munch-members going to the SCA events and not the munch,
we almost always canceled the June's Munch at the pancake house.
Last year, instead of canceling, we had hosted the Kitsap Munch at the June Faire site.
A few people did show up....while others weren't able to find parking, the walk from parking to the
site was too far, or they couldn't find the meet-up site,etc,etc,etc.
This year, we are going to have a Business Meeting on Saturday May 7th. 2011 4-6PM, (at the
munch) to discuss our options for the next month's (June) meeting......Do we cancel the munch
for June 4th???.......Do we re-host it again at the June Faire site , in Port Gamble???...... If we have
a willing hostess at the Pancake House, do we keep the meeting as scheduled?? ,etc,etc,etc
So if you have an Idea, options, input or want to voice your vote...please join us.
