The only form of "cuckolding fantasy" I indulge in involves two women. (I know it's trite to the point of absurdity, but the woman-woman fantasy is still powerfully erotic to me.) The "other man" thing has never done it for me. I'm not sure if the technical definition of cuckolding (if there is such a thing) really covers this.

I'm not seeking a cuckholding relationship, but I would not mind if I was in a relationship and my mistress sought out other partners (male or female). If I was in a relationship with her (i.e. married or seriously dating), then there would be much discussion about what was permissible and what wasn't. I think if we both felt our relationship could survive such an impact, then I would want her to find pleasure, but to come home to me.

The thought of being replaced, and that's the image I have, includes a woman. In fact, that image can be even more humiliating. When a woman chooses another man I imagine that the reason is because he is a better man, a better lover, maybe better endowed, maybe more of an Alpha type, maybe simply stronger, more sure of himself. Thus is her choice has to do with the fact that he is performs the art of lovemaking with more skill than my body is able to give her.
