Lots of (some) people engage in scat play. Eating it, however, is ill advised. Fecal waste is mechanically and chemically digested (or in other words, rotted) organic material. Fecal material is a haven for bacteria, including the dangerous ones like E. Coli.

A logical slip... Many people believe a good dominant tries practices on themselves before exposing their submissives...
