It was awful.  I thought it was going well, then all of a sudden I said something wrong and he snapped - then signed offline and didn't even give me a chance to make amends.

Well, DON'T feel like shit...seriously, what could someone who "snaps" and doesn't give you a chance to "explain yourself" and/or apologize offer you in terms of friendship?  Still sucks, i know, but i've learned from experience, those that treat you with disrespect in any fashion are better cut out of your life like a cancer. Total indifference to them is the best route...

Had a childhood friend who broke all contact with me when I came out of the closet when I turned 30. It's beem 17 yrs since we spoke, he still asks the parents about me yet hasn't bothered to make contact or anything. I figure it's his lose for ruining a good friendship!

What can I say I like my older men who can be controlling on and oh so smooth about it at the same time. he'd be the type to have you bent to his willwithout realizing it till it was too late to turn back. Add the red hair the gun and its a good combination overall.
