I agree with the ideas above about mixing it with something. You won't be able to taste it as much and once you get it down the first time, you'll be able to do it again. It's always the first time - getting past the block. Once I got past that, it was easy and I eventually began craving it. You just need a way to get past the first time, and the ideas above are a good way to do it.
