True but the mental bond wouldn't be one of equals.  It would be one of ownership - she would have her entire life devoted to him but he would see no reason to reciprocate.

I'm not talking about BDSM slavery here - where a slave has the right to set hard limits and walk out the door and all that, I'm just talking theoretical Gorean slavery...and in relation to this thread there would be no sexual attachment on his part because he would loan her out to any man who wanted to amuse himself with her.

I want to get married, have kids, and be a partner in a relationship, not just an object.  What is the point of having kids if I'm being 'loaned out' so much it takes a DNA test to decide whether to keep the kid or give it up for adoption

I think the concepts are a bit mixed up because here a man would marry his 'kajira' and still call her his 'kajira' but still behave as though she were his partner and companion.  He wouldn't expect her to please all men, he would restrict who she slept with (especially if they were trying to have kids lol) and while that works fine here if I had to choose between one or the other role, as presented in the canon of the books, and live out that role strictly according to canon, there is no doubt in my mind which I would choose.

Besides isn't a free companion still submissive to her man?  I would assume so...considering she relies on his protection.  I can serve one man (a husband) in the same way that before that I would be expected to serve a father as a good daughter...but forgive me if I don't have enough raging hormones (or 'fire in my belly') to want any random cock that pokes its head my way

greetings xoxi;

Maybe you should do a search on this forum for threads with "loaning your kajira" or similar. Recently, we had such a thread. Based on what you write in your responses, sabba thinks you would be surprised to see what many Gorean masters had to say. Some will loan their girls out, some won't. What you will find, however, is that she doesn't believe any would "loan her out to any man who wanted to amuse himself with her". Gorean men value their property, whether that property is a car, house, plane or girl.

The mental bonds a Gorean Master has with His kajira are so strong, some can't walk out the door without His permission to go. sabba isn't sure what makes you think that the bonds a Free man has with His FC would be any more. They are different, but not necessarily more. A FW is not an equal to a Master.

Believe it or not, service to our masters isn't solely sexual. We actually have other uses as well. And guess what....that "fire in our bellies" has absolutely nothing to do with wanting random cocks to poke their heads our way. It has to do with pleasing our Master's.

Oh yeah.....you know that "choice" you think you have? About deciding if you are a FW or a slave? That's up to the Masters as well. You can act as a FW, present yourself as one, even. But if a Free Man, even your FC, decides to enslave you, He will.

well wishes;

LOL no I don't treat my man the way I treat my father.  I'm just saying I want to have a *reason* for serving someone - more than simply because that person is a man.

You're right though, I am just trying to reconcile my attraction to certain men wtih my inability to find a niche in the same system.

And to be honest if I were in a room with twenty hot guys I would still only want the one I came home to at night - no matter how manly, masculine, hot, or whatever they were.  I'm not separating the cock from the man...just saying unless its on MY man it's just a cock

Eh I don't know...I share far better than I can deal with being shared.  And I don't share well to begin with

Hello, folks,

Howdy, xoxi,

While some may suggest that any Gorean man can use any slavegirl any time he wishes, that's not commonplace in reality. It wasn't common in the books, either.

Yes, although I won't go so far as to state that this is an absolute. There may well be exceptions out there, but I've never seen one.

There've been a few relevant threads lately. As others have suggested, you may find them helpful.

Well wishes,
