I am looking for someone to split a 2 bedroom apt in St. Petersburg Florida. Obviously we will be getting to know one another first, gender isn't important, nor is age. I do expect them to have a solid, reliable income and I don't want to be left in the wind because they got a wild hair up their ass. I am not a neat freak and warn anyone that while I am like to keep it a little messy, I need someone who will pull their weight. I look forward to hearing from you.
