Why should a male slave that doesnt deserve sex, and doesnt behave, be allowed to have it?
Being involved with a mistress doesnt gaurnatee you sex. It isnt mean, you should really know what she will and wont be interested in before you get involved.  If you agreed, then its what you wanted, too.

If both parties are upfront and honest about what is expected, accepted, etc., there is no way it's mean to follow through with, "no sex".   If you just want kinky sex, then don't present yourself as a slave -- just find an equally kinky sex partner and have your way with one another.  I have nothing against sex or sex with a submissive, but it is my prerogative to decide who I will share myself with in varying degrees of intimacy.  I don't think anyone would disagree with me when I say that some scenes are incredibly intimate and intense, and the sex that would follow may or may not be the same degree of intensity or intimacy. 
 
And, lest you think you are getting the short end of the dildo, there is a great deal of energy expended by any dominant in scene.  They are giving you their best, their all to make a scene worthy of your gift of submission.  You come here saying, in essence, that her energy and planning isn't enough for you.  It seems to me you may need to rethink your position or your ability to really serve a Mistress.

If you are just looking for kinky hook ups, then be upfront about it and find someone with compatible expectations.

I'm going to be mean but...if sub/slave is not of worthy endowment then sub/slave gets no sex from THIS Domme.  And don't be a brat.  If you serve well I'm sure your mistress is sure to reward you in some form or fashion.  Be glad for that.  Too many men just think with the penis.  Boo.  Who cares bout your penis?  We can buy one in a store and be guaranteed an orgasm if we want it where as some men are two pump chumps and you're wondering why you even bothered to get undressed.

1.  If you put yourself out there as a "slave" rather than a "bottom" or a "sub" or just "curious about BDSM" - and your own profile says "i only do what mistress says - i want to obey mistress - i only want to meet her needs" - well then.  If she doesn't want to have sex with you, suck it up and deal rather than whine about it.

2.  You're actually free to seek a BDSM based relationship that includes sex, or even a sex-based relationship that includes BDSM, or whatever.   However, there's NO guarantee you'll find exactly what you want.  You're 43 years old - that's a simple fact of life, vanilla, kinky or otherwise, that you should have figured out by now (Mick said it best  - you can't always get what you want)

3.   Learn to spell and use correct English.    Really.  It DOES matter.   Take the time to forumlate thoughts and opinions that do more than scream "THIS IS JUST FANTASY WANKING MATERIAL FOR ME", which is where you're at now.

Probably for the same reason some male Doms don't have sex with their femsubs, because it is about control. Many subs enjoy tease/denial/chastity but apparently that isn't your cup of tea so you will have to find a Mistress who does enjoy sex with her subs. Keep in mind though SHE determines when and if this happens, you don't, that doesn't make her mean that makes her the Dominant.

You get what you negotiate.

If sexual contact or certain sexual activities are important to you, then you need to negotiate for that and not get into any dynamic that will not give you what is important to you.
