Hello Everyone! My Owner has decided that if it will not cause any permanent damage, i will be required t wear a butt plug 24/7 only being allowed to take it out to use the bath room. Now it seems to me that if i constantly wear a butt plug, when i finaly stop wearing it, whether it is a month or ten years from now, my anus will not shut completly. It will be acustomed to close only to the width of the plug and therefore stay open, requiring the use of Depends. When it comes to medical issues i admit i am ignorant, but i think it is a valid question. Thank You in anvance for all imput. kev

Coming from absolute experience pro-longed use of a butt plug depending on size will for s hort duration stretch out your sphincter. I am far from a medical professional, nor have I even played one on TV. If what you are suggesting will implemented on a 24/7 I would bet that once you did stop if only for several days you may experience some stretching but eventually would go back to normal. On the flip side of that not knowing the plug size if you went for a very large one 24/7 you may experience a tear that could potentially damage you long term. When in dount play it safe, otherwise buy some stock in Depends and hedge your bets. Have a great day ! Best regards, sissy

I would ask my doctor. I would be particularly interested in any risk of bacterial hazards festering in the closed off area, in addition to issues regarding stretching.

The human body produces large volumes of gas on a daily basis. Unless you stop eating/digesting, how are you planning to release that gas throughout the day? Just curious. LS

I talked to my doctor about anal sex and buttplugs... its a muscle, it should go back to normal size when the plug is removed... I wear one alot.. I have a njoy pure plug, its stainless steel, easy to clean, and very comfortable. (I AM NOT a doctor, but this is just what I was told.) I have worn mine for extended periods of time. hours per day. it has not caused ANY issues... but again, I wear a medium sized njoy pure plug, and to be honest, its smaller then my shits, its smaller then my MAsters cock... but it still plugs me up.. and as for the "gas" issue... I don't pass much gas apparently so I haven't had a... issue with that blocking it LOL... or holding it in per say.. LOL If you are concerned, talk to your doctor about long term use, and make sure you use lube to put it in, as long as you don't damage it, it shouldn't be a problem... (at least what my doctor told me.)

[:D] On a more serious note, I would be concerned about bacteria, the aforementioned gas, and losing muscle tone in the sphincter. Perhaps if you were also allowed to take it out for a period of time to do anal Kegels it would help negate the effect, but personally I don't see it as a good idea. Lady Seraphina

My doctor said that it wouldn't hurt anything as long as I didn't tear anything, and njoy pure plug doesn't go deep enough to plug anything up, and when you gotta go.. you gotta go you just take it out and go... LOL it doesn't stop you from going to the bathroom... and a long term wear njoy metal stainless steel pure plug is easy to clean.. you just wipe it off.. (with an anti bacterial soap or toy cleaner.) Gas isn't an issue, going potty isn't an issue, bacteria isn't an issue. you clean the toy before putting it back in and upon removal. depending on the size and type you get, stretching or losing shape also shouldn't be an issue. I know a few ladies who wear one 24/7 and have for years with no issues, but they also talked to their doctors with their Masters before it was implimented... --- anal kegals are fun to do.. jakeskajira, I fully agree that the njoy plugs are excellent, and you're quite correct that they shouldn't be a problem the amount you wear them, even up to 5 or 6 hours at a time is likely not a problem. My concern was that the OP was going to wear this 24/7 with only removal for a bowel movement. Where I will agree again is that the OP really should talk to their doctor before doing this - it's pretty serious long-term anal plugging, so you want to be sure it won't cause issues that wearing a plug for an afternoon at a time does not. My friend wears one and has for 5? years with no issues.. but she talked to her doctor first and got the go ahead. --- so I do think its possible, but I do recommend clearing it with a doctor first...

I once asked my doc, he said from a health standpoint, if you were doing to do it 24/7 no more than 3 days in 1 day out. However, he preferred wear it during the day and not at night or vice versa rather than full days in with the idea that it would be a long term arangment.

Hello i would like to thank everyone for their helpful comments. It appears that there is no definate answer either way, so i am going to have to do what i was initially to embarised to do and ask a doctor. Jakeskajira has a friend that has been wearing one for 5 years so chances are that it I will also. But i don't want to get sick or have to wear depends. Again thank you all for your input. kev
