No. It is not true.

There are things that can cause lesions, and if one of those lesions got infected from a lack of cleanliness, then you could get gangrene and that would of course cause rotting and other issues, but nothing that IS an STD that would cause it to fall off.

I hate it when I am too tired to do more cleaning and I just cant do more tonight. And Impys coming. Im going to try to get up early. I have been working til 7 or eight oclock. Today i worked 10 hours. I have not been sleeping. I didnt sleep at all last night and only a couple hours the night before. I have taken meds that should have knocked me out. A percoset and 2 zanarils and 600 mg of ibuprophen for my back. I still couldnt sleep. I think its because I am so wired from work or maybe my bodys been reacting to the pain I was in. My work is exercise and last night i had a last minute client that kept me there late It was like exercising at night. I just cant do that and sleep. The night before that I had a percoset 2 zanerils, 2 aleve and still tossed and turned in pain till all of a sudden I heard a pop. Like I got a spontaneous hip adjustment and then I fell asleep for a couple hours. So I am sore but much better than before. But i can only do so much and this job takes up so much time and energy. When I get home I dont want to do Nuthin!

Please please please don't stress yourself out over me coming. I swear whatever state your living arrangements are in are perfectly fine with me. I went to grad school with all guys. Slob guys, guys who I had to put toliet paper on their toilet seats to pee. Me coming is supposed to be fun not stressing you out :(

A couple thoughts from someone with insomnia.

Do NOT have caffine after 2pm. If you are used to having it later, you probably will need to scheduale a snack for about 4pm. A medium baked potato is good for this (baring any dieting things that you are doing.)

Make sure that your evening meal is light. Nothing too heavy on your stomach.

The hour before bedtime needs to be computer free. Computer screens stimulate people.

Make sure your bed is ONLY used for sleeping. No TV.

If you do not fall asleep with in 30 minutes of laying down, get up and go read on the couch or watch a bit of TV until you feel tired and THEN go back to bed. Do NOT do any cleaning, hobby projects, or the like. LEAVE THE PUTER ALONE.

Make sure you have some bedtime rituals. This can be a cup of herbal tea, glass of milk, a nightcap, put your jammies on (if they are not already), brush your teeth, and go to bed.

Keep a pen and pad by your bed. If you are laying awake worrying about this or that or what you have to do the next day, week, month, WRITE THEM DOWN. This will help calm your mind for sleep.

Just a few thoughts and suggestions.

I hate it when I can't get to bloody sleep! AARRRGGHHHHHH!!! Not a single second's sleep all night

Tried for a couple of hours, then gave up and went net surfing instead.

Still, I've very little planned today (bit of bike spannering, bit of job stuff, but very little) so at least I can take it easy.

Ok, so I really hate this: I get all bundled up & go out into the storm to locate the missing garbage can which I had seen from the window earlier. I walk & walk, up & down the side streets, over to the next street, back & forth & decide that somehow the dang thing is actually floating down the river. I head back to the house, thinking I'm gonna have to buy them a new one & there it is, tucked neatly away in the front entryway. Some kind soul had already rounded it up for me & put it where it wouldn't blow around any more. Yeesh!!!!!
