Status: offline 		I hate it when Imp's memory is stuck on an infinite loop of painful experiences.  Try not to let yourself dwell on it.  It's ok to let it cross your mind, but don't hang on, don't try to analyze it, just let it slip away, and replace those thoughts with something else, even though it seems forced and weird.  After a while, it will get easier to shorten those "here we go again" moments.

On the other side I HATE tide seven care signs or whatever the stoppid orange tide. It ruined my favorite white hooded sweatshirt and I don't know how to fix it. I tried vinegar and it didn't work next step bleach unfortunately that's going to fade and probably ruin the red on the sweatshirt, but I can't wear it as it is now.

i hate........hmm........oh yes!! i hate that my friend (from home) called me  a month ago to tell me of this awesome book i need to read. i hate even more that earlier this week as i was meeting with one of my clients she said she hadn't been working on her homework i had given her because she had been focusing on a new book she bought. Ah yes..Same book. Yesterday said client brought it to my office and offered to let me read it.

i hate that this fucking book has made me cry!! i hate that it's about forgiveness and all that shit!! i hate the reality that so much of it is so realistic and so likely to happen in the world we live in. i hate that part of me wants to burn in and continue with this hating game i play with myself.

i hate that he's asleep. i hate that i'm hungry.

Most of all, i hate that last night when we went out to dinner with his parents (OMFG!!!) after sitting there for 2 1/2 hours watching the cooking network i feel as if i want to actually cook dinner. i hate that i threw away my bread pan before i moved out of the house that in a few days i  will no longer hold any responsibilities for!!!!!

Status: offline 		I spilled it's left two dark brown stains on the sweatshirt, but I'll pick up some oxyclean and try soaking it to see if that works I love that sweatshirt!

What's the book Kalista???? (that is if you'd care to share) It sounds like a book I need to read!

The book is called The Shack. It's by Wm. Paul Young.   Started it last night and i'm on page 66.

Status: offline 		Oh I picked that book up at the library and then I put it down because I knew I couldn't handle reading it.

I read a book called the Amen sisters ALL about forgiveness that made me cry my eyes out and helped me through the first part of a tough situation.

Status: offline 		i hate that so many people think they have to stifle their tears. i hate that i know exactly why they do it. but crying, ladies, is so very cathartic. it's a good way to start cleansing the pain. and hopefully, eventually, the tears will stop being so frequent and so hated.

did you know that some people think that constantly stifling your pain and tears and emotions will eventually create a situation in your body where the fight or flight response kicks in so often because you keep pushing down emotions, that eventually it encourages illnesses like diabetes (type 2 specifically)?
