I love it when so many people inspire me to be positive...

I love the feeling I got now that I am over the worst of 2008 and in a position to turn everything round.

Best of all, I love it that one year after my experience in Atlanta that I have the option of giving the US Consulate a chance to change their decision, and a second option of going through a couple of MPs in the government.

i love that the twit at the bank has thrown my travel plans into a complete chaotic mess becuase of her inability to do her job, or she was just plain, flat out lying to me about rushing my cc in time for me to use it for my car rental. it's really fucked a few things up for me. i love that i'm strangely calm even though this is going on. (should i be worried? is this what happens right before you snap?)

I went to a hairdresser one time who told me that I should just train my hair! I had a vision of a liontamer with a tiny chair & a whip yelling at the unruly curl!! WTF?? Train my hair??

I'm in the naturally curly hair club too... And red-headed to boot! I just got my hair cut on Wednesday and the ladies were drooling over it, saying they were going to have sooooo much fun with it. There is no taming this hair. *sigh*

(I had about 8" cut and it's still below my shoulderblades....)

LOL Rain! 8" off your hair is nothing! I think it will make a difference, though. I HAD naturally curly hair, but after my reeeeely long surgeries it started to relax, and now I have natural FRIZZ, and very stylable hair. Of course I was young in the 70's when we ironed our hair flat or Farrah'd it and FinalNetted it into place. I lack Mad Hair Skillz.

Now that is it thinning, I guess it will be a moot point eventually.

I have to go wash it and see what happens when I attempt to style it now. This should be interesting. With so much weight gone, I'll discover how much curl will come back. The only thing that's been making it look straight has been the length and weight. The lady who cut it gave it a really nice blunt shape, Daddy loves how it looks now. Which is what is most important to me...

(And I know about the frizzies ALL too damned well....)

We men all fully understand and appreciate too, from our own experience, the curly nature of the hair and its complete inability to be non-curly. It's just life I guess.
