Greetings:

Much is to do about daily following and enforcing codes, rules and laws in all societies. Although not all people agree to obey or enforce codes, rules and laws, many do.

Which leads to exploring the following questions:

X] What Codes on Gor are familiar with the Laws of the Land on Earth, if any and how?

Y] What was the sole reasoning behind the Goreans of the books who adhered to Codes and how were the Codes enforced one to another?

Z] What is the reasonsing for those who live as " Gorean " in adhering to Codes, Rules, and Laws of the Land on Earth?

Knowing you, this has the look of a quiz designed to draw material for educational comment and Apache wisdom. I don't know how it will actually play out, of course. But whatever you're about, I'm delighted we've finally gotten to "Z".

Most likely it is so that each code is related to some old law or to some old ideal.

I do not think that there was only one reasoning behind this. Most likely it is so that some things were taught while growing up, and other things were learned later. A code is enforced by yourself. A law is enforced by others.

That depends. If you hold yourself pledged to a Home Stone, you will be loyal to it.
If you are not pledged, then you have no reason to be loyal.
