Wow, I recently went on a cooking tour with the company listed below.  Man talk about Top of the line service you can't beat how they treat you. 

I went to France and spent a week in the kitchen with the Chefs from this company and Dam!!!!  Look out Wolfgang.

If you want your sub or slave to learn how to cook and serve a meal have them go here, Hell if you want to learn have your sub/slave treat you to one of there packages.

After I returned from France I learned they also offer classes stateside, I know I will be taking more.

I went to learn how to cook to please my Mistress, and as a vacation.  As for the cost you can find that on the web page.

They do offer in home classes all over the USA and are based out of Chicago. 

Really, I went as a cooking vacation in France and the villa I stayed in was out of this world.  I went behind the kitchens and vineyards of some of the best places in France. 

It ain't cheap, but when you compare it to what you get for your dollar, to other travel offers. Nothing comes close
