no honey, not 2 days. but kittykat has to go to work at godawful o clock on easter monday, so to be nice to her we had dinner tonight. leftovers tomorrow!!

and cause we're mean, she was supposed to be working a long shift tomorrow, so we're walking up to her work for a cuppa tomorrow. long walk to walk off dessert. and to gloat to whoever got her shift, lol

i get to spend the Easter holiday with some of the most fundamentalist folk...this is per report, not my analysis...but im bringing a vampire book just in case i need some escape time.

Apparently down here, you need a "permit" for the Easter Egg Hunt, so yesterday, we obtained said permit and someone in the house is taking filling that out verrrry verrry seriously...hes so cute, i could just pass out sometimes.

So I'm boiling eggs and getting ready to colour them with Mr. Smarties. I haven't done this in ages - my monsters have been too old for Easter Egg Hunts for years.  Any tips to remind me of?

(I seem to remember something about putting vinegar in the water while boiling the eggs to help the colour take, ever heard of that?)

i always add it to the dye. Boiling vinegar is enough to make one puke

Status: offline 		Rain...give Lumus..er...Mr Smarties a candle and let him scribble in the eggs before dropping them into the dye. The dye will not adhere to the candle wax..making a design.

And for petes sake...do not light the candle before you give it to him
