Status: offline 		It's Easter, and we are going  OUT TO EAT.  I am also not going to work at ALL today.  I will be home cleaning up after my parrot, and watching the golf on TV, or some similar pleasant activity. 

Then, I will hook the laptop to the ethernet and download download download!  I think....

HUGS EVERYONE!!!  A WEEK TO FREEEEEEDOM!!!!!

And how is everyone this morning?  Gorged on chocolate eggs yet?

I have Butterhead's bunny-basket all ready for when she wakes up, she is still sleeping. She had a nightmare or something last night and was sobbing.  I, being the heartless mommy that I am, of course got her up to cuddle and fall back asleep.  Poor little girl.  So she is sleeping in this morning.  I cannot wait for her to try the Edible easter grass though!

Status: offline 		We do have quite a few black eagles, cooper hawks, and owls around here. Perhaps the bunny felt threatened and, to further its own interests of survival, went elsewhere?

Status: offline 		Happy E$aster folks, it was a quiet one here just the 4 of us and no stragglers now thats strange as we average about 3 every year,,The day or the weekend was spent riding our horses and looking after a mare of our friend thats ready to foal..yesterday when I saddle up early you could all most see your breath, now thats cold for this part of the year on my mountain...We have tons of leftovers so I guess she won't cook for several days,Y'all enjoy the rest of your holiday..WE rose early and sat on the porch and watched the sun rise, the first Easter sunrise for me in several years, a new beginning, a fresh new day..see ya..bounty

just the kidlet and i.

sometimes i miss the big family get together, sometimes i just want as little company as possible.

I know the feeling kitten, we use to have 40 to 50 family members for Christmas and Easter sDnner, at least 2 big turkeys and 2 hams to feed the bunch, some came for the weekend and the kitchen was full of wimmen folks cooking their sweet little butts right off ,now a big crowd is 10 to 15 this year was just 4, so we all are either dieing out or moving so far away that the trip is impossible for a weekend..
