I was talking about the kidney stone!! When i was a student nurse i had a fireman as a patient. He was a big guy, weight lifter, biker, about 6'4 and all muscle.
He passed the stone on my shift and it was about the size of a pencil point. He argued with all of us that the rest of it was still in there...he could not understand that something so small had him flat on his back.

  We were on the same shift at the same place, weren't we? I think I know the patient. (Or had one JUST like him!)
